Rookie season in the NASCAR Truck Series wasn't all that bad in 2001...Started all 24 events and had 11 top-10 finishes, including a best of sixth at both Martinsville and Pikes Peak...Will once again drive the No. 88 Chevy for Duke Thorson, but team is searching for a sponsor...Won Featherlite Southwest Series title in 2000...Finished ninth in the NCTS finale at California Speedway in November of 2000, and that was enough to impress Thorson into giving him a multi-year contract to drive the No. 88 Chevy...Had two victories during his FSWS championship campaign, and scored two victories in that series in 1998.
