Driving the No. 24 National Guard Chevrolet, 18-year-old Landon Cassill made his NASCAR Busch Series debut in 2007 at Gateway International Raceway. Cassill, one of 16 drivers to participate in the 2006 GM Racing Development competition, signed with Hendrick Motorsports in December to race the 2007 season.
Cassill finished 72nd in the 2007 Nationwide series, racing 6 of the 35 events. Cassill will start his second season in Nationwide Series competition beginning at California Speedway.
