The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series returns to Pocono Raceway along with a first-ever visit by the Camping World Truck Series, while the Nationwide Series travels to Iowa Speedway headlining a weekend of racing that includes ARCA, Formula One and the World of Outlaws in action.
Sunday's Sunoco Red Cross Pennsylvania 500 is the 21st race of the 2010 Sprint Cup Series season and the circuit's second visit of the year to the 2.5-mile track. Denny Hamlin took the checkered flag earlier this year in June.

Saturday afternoon the NCWTS makes its debut at the tricky triangular track with the Pocono Mountains 150. The 50-lap race is slated for a 1 p.m. ET green flag with live coverage on SPEED and MRN.
Also on Saturday the ARCA Series will tackle Pocono for the running of the Weis Markets 125 which will be televised by SPEED at 3 p.m. ET.

Saturday night the Nationwide Series returns to Iowa Speedway for the second running of the U.S. Cellular 250 at the .875-mile track located just outside Des Moines. ESPN2 and MRN have the coverage live from Iowa with the green flag slated for 7:30 p.m. ET.
The Formula One Series visits Budapest on Sunday for the running of the Grand Prix of Hungary. SPEED will have live coverage at 7:30 a.m. ET.
And the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series heads to Canada for two nights of racing at Ohsweken Speedway on Friday and Saturday nights.
